What are woodworking plans?

Woodworking Plans are drawings, designs or other media, carpenters use to visualize the steps and end result of what they want to build. They are also called blueprints or project designs.

They beauty of woodworking is that you can basically build anything you want or need. Need new kitchen furniture? Why not make them yourself? How about garage plans, deck plans, furniture plans, boat plans, you name it.
